It’s almost the end of January and many people may have dropped their New Year’s resolution like a bad habit, instead of adopting a good one like they were hoping to pick up.

- Write Them Down
If you made a goal at the beginning of the year, is it still floating around your brain? There have been studies to show that writing down a resolution can significantly improve the odds of success. It’s important to be specific, reasonable and take a look at your plan to remind you of your resolutions throughout the year.
- Make it a Part of Your Schedule
Another way to make sure you stick to your goals and resolutions is to make them a part of your regular daily routine. If you are trying to work out more, treat a trip to the gym like an appointment. Or, if you’re trying to drink more water, make sure you have a glass with each meal. Find out ways you can incorporate your goals into your routine for a seamless transition.
- It’s Okay to Try Again
If you feel you’ve fallen off track and haven’t been actively working toward your resolution, it’s okay; you can try again. We all fall down, but it’s so important that we get back up again. Also, chances are you might fall down again later in the year; just always remember to pick yourself back up.
